Recommended report format
- School name.
- Field: application opening, confirmed deadline, status, information session, open day, tour, interview, result or registration.
- Current tracker value.
- Correct official wording and URL.
- Date and time when the official page was checked.
Do not send personal application data
Do not include a child's name, birth date, address, application number, login details, interview result or document copies. A correction investigation needs public official-source evidence only.
What happens next
The source is checked for the correct cycle and date meaning. Once confirmed, the tracker table, school page, reminders, calendars and material update record are regenerated together. Public events remain separate from application deadlines and status. Ambiguous evidence stays in manual review instead of becoming an invented exact date.
