Public data contract
Data, evidence and machine-readable access
See what the tracker covers, which year each evidence layer belongs to, and how people and machines can verify the same public record.
Check the year before the field
2027/28 application status and dates come only from applicable official school admission sources. Official 2025 Primary School Profiles, the historical 2026 POA reference and the 2026 research index retain their own labels. They explain profile facts or method and never become current admission evidence.

Not published is a source state, not permission to fill a gap with an old or inferred date. School pages, reminders, calendars and the update record rebuild from the same data.
Evidence layers and years
Official school admission pages, directly linked PDFs, forms, application systems and Google Sites. Status changes only after cycle and date meaning are verified.
School facts, fees and structural fields retain their 2025 reference label. They do not describe a 2027/28 fee or admission arrangement.
School nets, choice codes and the list remain labelled 2026. Until the official 2027/28 directory appears, the current-cycle directory stays empty.
Visible method and components support discovery. It is not an Education Bureau ranking, banding, academic result, admission probability or child-fit score.
Public machine-readable artifacts
- Evidence manifest (JSON)Cycle, coverage, source policy, languages and public artifact entry points.
- Material updates (JSON)Append-only material admission changes with official sources.
- Confirmed deadlines (ICS)Eligible general application deadlines only.
- Public admission events (ICS)Verified information sessions, open days and public events, separate from deadlines.
- Localized sitemap (XML)Chinese and English canonicals with reciprocal hreflang URLs.
People and machines see the same boundary
HTML pages expose visible sources, year labels, methodology and corrections. JSON-LD describes Article, Dataset, CollectionPage, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList entities that match visible content. The public manifest summarizes only that visible contract. It is not a special search-engine protocol and cannot guarantee crawling, citation or ranking.
The role of automation and AI
Automated monitoring helps discover changes on official pages, and AI may assist candidate-source classification and method consistency checks. Neither can promote a date to confirmed evidence. Cycle, audience, event meaning, source identity and conflicts still follow the published review rules. AI assists source classification and transparent ranking-method design rather than supplying a hidden reputation score.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do machine-readable files contain child or family information?
No. Public artifacts contain only public school facts, data contracts, material updates and general calendar items. P1Tracker does not receive a child name, application number, assigned interview, result or document.
Does the manifest guarantee that a search engine will cite P1Tracker?
No. It is an ordinary JSON summary of the visible data contract. Crawling, indexing, citation and ranking remain decisions made by each search or AI service.
Why can one page mention 2025, 2026 and 2027/28?
They are different evidence layers: 2027/28 is the current admission cycle, 2025 is the official school-profile reference, and 2026 is a historical POA list or research-index edition. The labels cannot be exchanged.
What should I do when an official source and the tracker disagree?
First confirm the cycle, date meaning and whether the page is current. Then send the school, field, official URL, wording and check time through the contact page without personal application data.
