Material date and status corrections retain source history so families can see what changed and why.
Correction policy
An error affecting whether applications are open, the opening date or the confirmed deadline is not silently overwritten. Once confirmed, the table, school page, reminders, calendars and material update record are regenerated from the same data.
Material cases and rules learned
英華小學
The official school site links to the designated 2027/28 Google Site. Announcing an information session does not open applications; status changes only at the official opening time.
救恩學校
The confirmed deadline follows the current official admission page: 24 July 2026 at 17:00. An old or indirect date cannot replace the current source.
聖士提反書院附屬小學
10 July is a student-portfolio task for existing applicants, not a new-application deadline. The actual application deadline was 26 June, so the status is closed.
香港培正小學
19 July is a payment-system maintenance period, not an application deadline. The official admission page gives 5 August as the confirmed deadline.
國際基督教優質音樂中學暨小學
The official frameset exposed different PDF versions. The current page and newer document must be compared; an old PDF does not mean applications remain open or that the school is closed.
高主教書院小學部
An old root page remained on a previous cycle. Current facts require following the official Admission page and protected application entry; an ordinary fetch failure does not prove that information is unpublished.
Closed schools
Primary sources confirm that Tack Ching Primary School and the First Assembly of God Primary School section ceased operating. Current Education Bureau records no longer list Rosebud Primary School or its former number. These are school-closed records, not unpublished 2027/28 intakes.
Renamed and merged records
The historical Island Christian Academy name links to the current YMCA Christian Academy, while the Rosaryhill School name links to Dalton School Hong Kong. Old names remain for roster traceability only.
Report a possible error
Provide the school name, affected field, official URL, relevant wording and check time. Do not send a student name, application number, login details or other personal application data.
