Privacy policy
What P1Tracker does and does not collect, including analytics, browser-local storage and Google advertising services.
Information collected
The public tracker does not require an account and has no form for entering a child's name, school application number or other admission data. Search, filters, route planning and points controls operate in the visitor's browser.
Hosting providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL for security, reliability and diagnostics.
Vercel Web Analytics
The tracker uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous, aggregated page views. It does not use third-party cookies or associate analytics data with an individual visitor or IP address.
Vercel may process page path, referrer, approximate country, region or city, device type, operating system and browser for aggregate traffic reporting. The tracker does not send child or school-application data to analytics. See the Vercel Web Analytics privacy documentation.
Route planner and POA points calculator
Both tools calculate in current-page memory without saving or submitting selections. Reloading resets them. They do not request a child's name, exact birth date, address, school or application identifier.
Application planner local storage
The application planner uses browser local storage to keep selected public school names and a family progress label on the visitor's device. It has no account, server submission or free-text field and does not send the shortlist to P1Tracker.
Data remains in that browser profile until the visitor clears the plan or site data. Do not record a child's name, address, application number, personal interview, result or document in the tracker.
Google advertising
The site includes the Google AdSense account connection script. If display advertising is later approved and enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize ads, subject to visitor settings and applicable consent requirements.

External school links
Official-source links open third-party school websites, application systems and document hosts. Those services have their own privacy practices. P1Tracker does not control information submitted to a school.
Children and families
This service is for parents and guardians planning applications. It is not designed for children to submit personal information. Do not email student names, birth dates, application identifiers or interview records when reporting a correction.
Contact and policy changes
Privacy questions may be sent through the contact page. The policy will be updated before a newsletter, account, form or materially different analytics service is introduced, and its effective date will change when practices materially change.
