Useful report format
- School name 學校名稱
- Field: start date, deadline, status, interview, result or registration
- Current tracker value
- Correct official wording and URL
- Date and time when the official page was checked
Do not send personal application data
Please do not include a child’s name, birth date, address, school application number, login details, interview result or document copies. The project only needs public official-source evidence to investigate a correction.
What happens next
The source is checked for the correct school year and date meaning. If a correction is confirmed, the tracker table, school page, reminders, calendar files and material change note are updated together. Ambiguous evidence remains flagged for manual review rather than being converted into an exact date.
