Source hierarchy 資料來源次序

1. 學校官方招生頁面或官方網站公告。
2. 由學校官方網站直接連結的申請系統、Google Site、PDF或表格。
3. 學校官方社交平台只在網站明確連結或同時可核對時使用。

MySchool and AfterSchool are used only to define the 68-school monitoring roster. Their dates are not treated as admission evidence.

Date classification 日期分類

每個日期會被分類為申請開始、申請截止、簡介會、面試、結果、註冊、文件截止、系統維護或公告／查閱日期。只有官方明確標示的申請截止日期可以進入首頁「已確認截止日期」提醒。

Approximate wording such as early August, mid-September or late October stays approximate. It is never converted into an invented exact deadline.

Status decision 狀態判斷

接受申請要求開始日期已到而截止日期未過；已公布未開始表示官方已公布時段，但開始日期仍在未來；部分待公布表示已有2027/28資料但缺少確實截止日期；未公布表示未找到可確認的2027/28官方時間表；已截止表示官方期限已過或官方明示關閉。

Update and correction flow

Daily monitoring prioritizes unpublished, partial, announced and soon-closing schools. A change is published only after checking the official page and confirming the school year and date meaning. When a newer official page conflicts with an older PDF, the current official page takes precedence and the source note records the issue.

Corrections are documented on the corrections page. A parent can report a possible error with the school name, official URL and the exact wording that conflicts with the tracker.
