These are published general arrangements. A school notice sent directly to an applicant controls any personal interview, document or registration task.

Two official statements with different meanings

The 2027/28 page gives a formal online window from 09:00 on 1 June to 17:00 on 17 July and separately says that applications are accepted throughout the year. These statements do not cancel each other. The fixed window leads to the published first-stage interview; year-round acceptance means only that later cases may still be received, not that interview slots or school places remain available.

A family seeking the published first-stage process should treat 17:00 on 17 July as the confirmed deadline. “Year-round” is not permission to delay indefinitely. After the deadline, reopen the official page or contact the school through its stated channel to check whether submission remains available and how a later case would be handled.

Online application only

The official page states that no paper application form is distributed and links to the online entry. Before entering a child's information, confirm that the route still came from the school's official admission page and identifies the 2027/28 P1 cycle rather than using an old link from search or a parent group.

Keep the confirmation screen, email, payment and application record after submission. These are private family data and should not be uploaded to P1Tracker. If completion is unclear, use the school's official enquiry route before the deadline instead of relying on a browser redirect.

What the first-stage interview statement means

The school says applicants who complete the full application procedure during the window will be arranged for a first-stage interview, while retaining conditions related to actual circumstances and capacity. Treat 12 September as a public interview date and wait for the individual arrangement; it is not every child's confirmed reporting time.

Completing the form alone may not complete every procedure. Check submission, required information, payment and system confirmation separately. A later personal notice takes precedence over this general timetable.

Applying after 17 July

Public wording cannot determine a fixed interview chance, waiting order or place availability for a later applicant.
