These are published general arrangements. A school notice sent directly to an applicant controls any personal interview, document or registration task.

Finish the application first

The application window runs from 10:00 on 2 July to 5 August. Use 5 August as the only general application-deadline reminder and set an earlier private completion target. The payment-system maintenance from 02:00 to 06:00 on 19 July is a service interruption, not an application deadline, and does not belong in the urgent-deadline list.

Before submitting, check every required field, payment status and parent email address. If the system is used during the maintenance period, wait for service to resume and then confirm both payment and submission. Seeing 19 July on the page does not mean that the whole application window ended.

Plan the first-round window

First-round selection interviews are scheduled for 27 or 28 August. These are two possible school-wide dates; each family must follow the time assigned in the application system or formal notice. Hold both dates provisionally and remove the unused one after the personal arrangement is confirmed.

Preparation should stay within the school's published information. Families can plan travel, arrival, routine and officially required documents, but online question lists are not school-confirmed content. Preserve the result-system login after the interview instead of searching for it on publication day.

Separate first-round and final results

The result at 10:00 on 11 September is the first-round result, not the final admission result. A family invited to the parent-child round must follow the date and time shown in its application system. Do not infer a second-round date from the first interview.

The final result is released at 10:00 on 3 November and registration is on 6 November. The interval is short, so families can review the school's registration instructions and consider how another offer would be handled, while making no acceptance decision before an official result exists.

A practical calendar setup

• Set a family completion target at least three days before 5 August.
• Hold both 27 and 28 August until the individual interview date arrives.
• Label 11 September as the first-round result, not the final result.
• Create separate events for 3 November and 6 November.
• Keep 19 July as maintenance only, outside the application-deadline list.

What still requires a personal check

The individual parent-child interview date and time, documents to bring and any supplementary request must be checked in the application system or the school's notice. An applicant-specific instruction must not be presented as a general rule for every family.
