These are published general arrangements. A school notice sent directly to an applicant controls any personal interview, document or registration task.

Before 24 July

The current official admission page gives 17:00 on 24 July as the confirmed deadline. If an old page, search snippet or document shows another date, the current official admission page controls. Set an earlier family completion target so payment, upload or confirmation-email problems can be resolved before closing.

Keep submission evidence afterward. The 18 June information session and its registration were past event tasks, not the application deadline.

24 August is a lookup date

From 12:00 on 24 August, applicants can check their assigned interview date and time. This is neither an interview date nor a new application opening. First create a “log in and check” reminder, then create the actual interview event from the result.

Have the application number, login and parent email available, but do not send these personal details to P1Tracker. If the system is busy, retain the error and time and follow the school's official support route.

Three possible interview dates

The official timetable lists 18, 19 or 25 September. A child does not attend all three and a family cannot assume it can choose. The assignment available after 24 August controls.

Holding all three dates before lookup is reasonable; delete the unused dates after assignment. Preparation should focus on arrival, routine, natural communication and officially required items rather than unverified questions or guaranteed-admission services.

Result lookup

Admission results can be checked from 12:00 on 21 October. Keep this separate from the interview, and know which official system and login to use. Registration, waiting-list and document requirements remain subject to the result page and personal notice.

Recommended reminder sequence

1. Before 24 July: complete and verify the application.
2. 24 August at 12:00: look up the assigned interview time.
3. After lookup: keep only the assigned September appointment.
4. 21 October at 12:00: check the admission result.
5. After the result: create registration or waiting-list tasks from the notice.
